AVYRO offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or contact us at support@commercelab.app and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Trials and cancellation

Every account starts with a free trial, so you can evaluate the service before paying. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing screen; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days and we will review it with Paddle. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to all orders.
